Does the price include the Sales Tax?
Yes. It is included.

May I receive a bill for my purchase?
TicoFlores.com does not give a bill at the time of the delivery since it is a website intended to the purchase of flowers and presents to thirds. So, if you wish to receive the bill of your purchase, you should only email us to the following address: pedido@ticoflores.com and indicate us: 
1) The name of the person that you wish the bill is made 
2) Your order number  
3) The address where you wish to receive your bill

Shipping

How much are shipping charges?
The shipping charges for the delivery of flower bouquets depend on the delivery zone. If you wish to know the prices, click here. The shipping charge for the rest of the products is 1500 colones.

How much time does it take to deliver my order?

The flower bouquets can be delivered the same day. All the other products that are offer in our site, cannot be deliver until the next working day. If you wish to know more about our Delivery Politics, click here.


What if my product was not delivered on time?
You should notify us as soon as possible, within 72 hours to the following address: pedido@ticoflores.com

How are the products packaged?
Our packages guarantee the freshness of our products. The flowers are packaged uniquely depending on the arrangement, and the rest of the products are wrapped properly depending on the design of it. All the presents come with a personal message

Do you deliver internationally?
In the meantime, we can only deliver in Costa Rica.

Return Policy

May I cancel an order once it has being sent to Ticoflores.com?
The orders that we have received can only be cancel when the product has not being deliver. To do so, you should email us at pedido@ticoflores.com indicating your order number and the reason of cancellation. Please, write CANCELLATION in the subject of the email. In the cases in which the cancellation of the order is justify, we will return you the amount of money paid.

May I return a product?
We will only allow the return of a defective product or those products that differ from the one that you bought. If you wish to know more about our return policy, click here. 

Are your products guarantee?
All our products are guarantee for fabrication defects. In case of any defect, you should contact us emailing us to the following address: pedido@ticoflores.com and explaining your problem.

The discount coupons are untransferable, and they expire at a certain time of the year .

Are there any restrictions with the gifts certificates?
The gift certificates cannot be use in addition to any promotion or discount coupons. The certificates are unstransferable.

The promotions are limited to each particular case, and are restricted to a limited amount of time or to the products that it is applied. The promotions are limited to time and availability.
